19．My mother was a teacher and she would tell me stories about my grandparents.When Grandma welcomed two kids，my mom and my uncle，she decided to look for a brave business journey in coffee industry where no women held any positions at that time.She didn't like the fact that Grandpa had to work for some other companies to make a living.Instead，she hoped that they would have their own business.So she moved away from where Grandpa used to live and bought a piece of land with two kids to help to start her own coffee farm.
When my mom and uncle grew up and went to school in the nearby village，my grandma，a brave woman，worked endlessly on the land planting one coffee plant after another.By the time my mom and uncle were at junior school，she had planted about 12 acres of coffee plants all alone.The business journey was very difficult.Grandpa returned home only on Saturdays and Sundays.For ten years，Grandma hardly slept well at night，guarding her land，resources and children.As the farm expanded，she had too much to do.
One Saturday morning，when Grandpa went back home，Grandma asked him，"Can you help me run the farm，dear？"After much thought，Grandpa replied，"Yes.Let's work together to face the future."Finally，he gave up his job and came to support Grandma both physically and emotionally.
Then Grandma realized that the farm was too large to rely on the labor of family members alone.More people were needed to keep the farm going.When my mom and uncle were at high school，Grandma thought that the village education wasn't good enough for her kids，and later，she sent them off to a town to study with their cousins.
Meanwhile，Grandma decided to ask other family members to work for the farm.Grandpa often drove his truck to pick them up in the early morning and drop them at dusk.But the job of transporting the workers was really hard.So Grandpa and Grandma wanted to think of a way to solve the problem.
