Professor Adam Galinsky who led the study claimed the research could be vital to people seeking jobs in a tough market. "With 1.9 million new jobs this year，our research suggests that your postures may be quite the way to let you run ahead of other applicants in a job interview.Standing straight is going to make you perform probably better in the interview because you'll say things with more confidence.It will also allow a person to think and act more powerfully，" said Galinsky.
