43．A big sandstorm hit China in early April in 2023.It covered many places in thick clouds of yellow dust（塵土），including Qinghai，Heilongjiang and Beijing.The dust even traveled to Shanghai and Jiangsu.
Dust can travel very far.Every year，there is a group of dust moving from the Sahara Desert to the west.It can fly to 1，500 to 6，000 meters in the sky and travel thousands of kilometers.
