21．Do your eyes jump a few times a second over a period of time？A jumping eye can happen to anybody at any time.There are several reasons for a jumping eye.Let's have a look at it!
Tiredness
Not getting enough sleep or working for too long without rest may cause our eyes to complain.Scientists aren't sure why，but they've found that getting more rest will make our eyes feel better.（1）
Dry eyes
