   Paul White，a former adviser，has run classes in the Chinese martial art （中國(guó)武術(shù)） at hundreds of schools in Derbyshire，Nottingham and South Yorkshire. "Children are under great pressure from their parents.They are worried，but they have no way to deal with it themselves，" he said.
   "Nobody teaches you how to reduce the stress and make yourself free of it." Mr White has been travelling around primary schools giving courses in Tai Chi for the past ten years.But he said that with increasing awareness about the importance of mental health and physical health in recent years，the classes have become much more popular.
   Mr White usually teaches children aged four to eleven and runs a special course for exam preparation.After taking part in this special course，many children said that they not only felt less stressed during the exam but also could control their feelings.
   The ancient form of exercise，Tai Chi，is now used for its health benefits. "Tai Chi is a more fun form of yoga（瑜伽）"，Mr White said，adding that children prefer it because they can move around more.
