Once there was a magical fairy who had the gift of making wishes come true.Every half-moon she helped one elf（精靈） to achieve one wish.Lately，however，it was hard to decide whose wish would be the next to come true.It wasn't that there were so many elves who should have a wish achieved for their excellent performance.It was that there were so many who shouldn't have it at all because of their bad behaviour.
