Easy Exercises to Do on Vacation You've waited for long，and now here is your vacation．The trouble is：you've been sticking to a fitness program and are worried that all your good work will be destroyed by the desire to eat local food and lazing around on beach chairs．（1） Schedule 20 to 30 minutes a day，and make use of your hotel room，the grounds and surrounding neighborhood to perform quick and easy exercises while you're on vacation．
Stair Exercises
   Your hotel can serve as a gym even if it doesn't have one．Use the stairs to exercise while you're on vacation．If your hotel is a highrise，start at the bottom and climb as many floors as you can before using the elevator． （2）
   Walk
   Taking a fast walk for 20 to 30 minutes gives you a great way of doing exercise． （3） In a remote or seaside location，stay on the hotel grounds and walk around the buildings．Always let someone know where you are before you set out．
