  Different Diets Most Chinese eat three meals a day.In the past，they had breakfast in the morning，a big lunch at noon and a light supper at night.But now both men and women in the big cities have to work on weekdays.So they often eat breakfast at home and they have bread，eggs，milk and porridge for it.For lunch，Chinese take-away food is very popular.Because they can get a quick lunch in their work places.In the evening，they usually eat a big meal at home.
   Many English people eat four meals a day.They have breakfast at any time from seven to nine in the morning.They eat cereal，eggs or bread and drink tea or coffee at breakfast.Lunch comes at one o'clock.Afternoon tea is from four to five in the afternoon and dinner is at about half past seven.First they have soup，then they have meat or fish with vegetables.But not all English people eat dinner like that.Some of them have very simple dinner.
