14-year-old Quan Hongchan surprised the world and excited the Chinese people by winning the women's 10- meter platform Olympic title（奧運(yùn)會(huì)女子10米跳臺(tái)冠軍） with the highest score in history at Tokyo 2020 on Aug 5.
