There are different sorts of sports to be chosen.For instance，playing ball games，running，swimming，and dancing，some of which may be your suitable choices.As for me，to keep a healthy and positive lifestyle，I make a detailed schedule for myself.First，three meals a day are vital.Second，eight hours sleeping can make me look smart.Third，in my spare time，I often take part in many activities.I cling to the belief that I can be healthy as long as I do these activities.
