    For one thing，it's of vital importance to sleep as early as possible，which can make you energetic the whole day.Staying up late frequently makes it hard for you to focus on your class.For another，we are supposed to attach great importance to workout，which not only helps build up our body but also help us better adapt to the burden of study.Many people fail to achieve ideal results even though they have strong interest in what they learn.The fact is that it can be quite demanding to have a better outcome without better learning habits，which requires time，energy，determination and self-discipline.As for me，making a plan for your study is beneficial，and the plan should be updated according to the progress of your study from time to time.Secondly，you are expected to make full use of the time in the class and don't do anything irrelevant to the class.
